A literal * in a published subject matches the grant's *, so in one shared bucket a node could read every node's files. Each node now
has declaration-files-<node>, which its account reads by name and the controller writes; the sweep judges each bucket against that
node's latest declaration, under the node's lock with the send, and an object the sweep marked is put again by the next send. Putting
that fails send after send raises a condition.
A node that reports file-references gets the digest and size of each file over 64 KiB that may travel so, and the content is put in
the bucket declaration-files before the declaration is sent; others get every content inline. The controller alone writes the
bucket and node-engines read an object by name (the four grants the node-engine's own fetch makes, no list, no write). An object
goes a day after no node's latest declaration names it. The near-limit condition warns at 75 percent, and a test holds the control
node's declaration, in the reference form, under half the bus's largest message.

ADR 0437 §3's check: the gate, written in the test as the clause declares it, is composed with the parts and the view
through Users; its seven buckets are writable by its machine's tool runner and by no other account, and each part
reads only the gate buckets its manifest declares.
ADR 0437 §4's check: the three manifests, copied from mesh-delivery's main, are composed through Users and
PermissionsFor; each may do what it declares and is refused another module's bucket, another module's name and a seat's
verb subject.

sourceAge keyed AgainTo's clause-6 refusal on the stream's bus retention
policy, which SEAT_* and other mesh-internal work queues share without
being one of ADR 0436 §6's module streams — so every seat's ask, once
given up on, was refused delivery again. Added a dedicated metadata key
(WorkQueueMetadata), set only by ModuleStream.Stream() when the
catalogue declared retention: work-queue, and read sourceAge from that
instead of the stream's retention policy. New test proves a seat's own
work queue carries neither that metadata nor the restricted one.
ConsumersOf's carried-module path (a module the tool runner carries, no
account of its own — mesh-mail's real shape) was not passing Queues
through, so its work-queue consumer was missing from the composed list
and PruneHeard would have removed what issueProcess made for it. Fixed,
with a test through Users -> ConsumersOf.
Extracted EnsureStream's config building into StreamConfigFor, a pure
function, so the dead-letters test can assert the restricted metadata
EnsureStream would actually send for a work-queue stream instead of
setting the dead letter's header by hand, which passed whether or not
modstreams.go's out.Restricted = true was there at all.
mayIssue no longer requires a module's own broker secret when one of its
processes declares bus: mesh-mail's real manifest has none, its tools
served by the tool runner. rollout mint gained a KindProcess case, so a
process's account rotates the same way every other bus account does. The
release's acceptance test now composes its principals the real way
(inventory.ProcessesOf -> broker.Users -> broker.ComposeAccounts), mints
through the store as module issue does, and sets each connection's own
inbox prefix so replies are not refused; it moved from internal/broker
(which cannot import inventory) to cmd/mesh-controller. Added an
integration test proving the mint, accept and vault hand-off, and that
issuing again rotates the password.

Once chain_moved records the kind, Assign, Unassign and Assigned write and read the keys <node>.<module>, and every join of the store that read assignments is made from the bucket: where a module runs, what is behind, what a machine awaits, a given value due for replacement, taking a module, and whether a module may be forgotten (refused while a standing assignment names it). An unassignment ends the key with a marker and keeps its earlier values, as it removed the row; no ended or pending mark is written yet. The generation rises with each change, and a seat held by an assignment goes with it: the foreign key from seat_holding is dropped by migration 0104 and the controller says both. The provisioner's plan is kept in the values by a pass of the tick that writes that one field by compare-and-set; the assignment-changed event is said from what the bucket holds, whoever wrote it. The start moves the rows with what each machine was last sent, keeping a plan the mirror put in a value.
A request is the build's record under the id its outcome will carry, in state asked; the outcome takes its place and keeps the request beside it, so assign, the pending assignments and the planner read the builds bucket alone. The bucket removes no key, so a request past thirty days is not listed instead of deleted. The move folds build_request into the same records (one kind, builds, counted against both tables) and marks the requests never handed over to be asked again once: claimed before it is asked and settled after, so a crash loses the ask rather than making it twice. Also tests the chain buckets' options on a real bus, the assignments' mirror options included.
internal/chain holds typed Build, Rollout and Assignment and a Backend with no delete or purge, in memory and on the bus. The builds and rollouts buckets are asserted with history 64, no age and values up to just under a mebibyte; the assignments bucket gets the same, keeping its marker age because a stream cannot be made to disallow message ages. Migration 0104 makes the one-row chain_moved switch. The controller keeps no consolidated schema, so 0104 is the whole schema change. Nothing reads the buckets yet.
mesh/merge-gate error: builds build-agent, mesh-controller, route-proxy → ace, g14, novox, shanks; no bus step; the check could not run: killed by hand
