mesh-adminandClaude Opus 5.5 8563b90918 Capture the genesis template from mesh-host's branch of this package
mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request

mesh/merge-gate out of date: judged against trunk bfc79c64d989, the trunk is now 617881c3093d; judged again on a recheck or when it is merged

The template at mesh-host c8920622 carries the controller's grant to write the
two record mirrors and say their events; the genesis template test holds the
controller's composition to it.

mesh-host #96 replaced foundation-first-node-nats.lock with foundation-first-node.lock,
and the test that holds the installer's first user list to the controller's composition
still read the removed file, so repo-check failed on main and every pull request. The
captured copy moves to mesh-host 7a41e12, with the placement guard at the same commit.

mesh/merge-gate pass: builds build-agent, mesh-controller, route-proxy → ace, g14, novox, shanks; no bus step; every machine composes with the change as it…

The controller now asks mesh-delivery.groups, and mesh-host a76baa4b carries
that grant in the installer's first user list (mesh-host #85). The captured
copy is moved to that commit so the genesis test judges the list that ships.

jschoubben eb72075104 Judge tests that read another repository against what the check clones, never the desktop's checkout (issue 432)

Tests that read ../../../mesh-catalog or ../../../mesh-host gave a verdict
that depended on what sat beside the checkout: a stale or dirty sibling
failed them on a desktop, and a missing one skipped them unseen. They now
read the clone the build seat puts in MESH_CHECK_BESIDE, failing when it is
absent there, and elsewhere a copy captured at a named commit.

The skip had hidden that the builder test read a module retired by ADR 0190.
The systemd reading test no longer counts the machine's own environment.d.
