Feature providers-after-switch-on, step 1 (hq playbook 07), one delivery group with mesh-sdk and mesh-catalog (same branch name).

  • Issue 923 (32014ac6): inventory.ProvisionedCredential is an alias of catalogue.PlanProvision, so the sent plans read back keep contributes, at, from, as and names; before, route-proxy's entries for gitea and keycloak carried only as.
  • Issue 928 (df5f01bf): a plan provision of a software-issued offer names its credential-tool, which the vault asks itself.

Tests failed first, pass after. Reviewed locally by review-pas@novox (larger model): approved in round 1, unchanged since.

Per ADR 0398 the merge into main waits for the operator's approval.
