jschoubben	f7f3518a04	Take the controller out of the judge, the checker's siblings and the assigner (issue 1126, B8) ... The controller ended by its unassignment (ADR 0590) and mesh-sdk drops its seat, the grants seat and placement's adopt and hand-back. The indexer's judge still carried the controller's seat entry, the old removal words and the two placement verbs, and counted 58 seats; the checker still placed mesh-controller beside the node-engine's and the catalogue's tests and failed a node-engine check without its trunk; the assigner still asked a compose of the running controller, served adopt and hand-back as stubs, and kept a policy-split finding that could no longer arise. jschoubben	8e9cc58301	Fall back to a captured copy only for mesh-host, which the checker places beside no mesh-delivery check (issue 1585) ... Review of fb96216: a missing mesh-sdk or catalogue in a merge check is the checker's fault and fails, never judged against a stale copy. jschoubben	fb96216e46	Read a sibling the checker does not place beside mesh-delivery from its captured copy, said (issue 1585) ... The judge's tests moved from mesh-sdk, where mesh-host was beside them; the checker places only mesh-sdk and the catalogue beside mesh-delivery (besideRules), so the node-engine's path rules failed as not beside. A sibling the run holds beside is read there; one it does not is read from testdata/beside and the log says which; only a sibling with neither fails. jschoubben	8a98271680	Move the judge's rules and their tests from mesh-sdk into the indexer's judge (ADR 0578 §4) ... Issue 1585, S6-S8: 192 judge-only declarations (the strict parser, every manifest problem function, the tables) moved whole by an AST mover, methods becoming functions; 163 helpers composition keeps too are copied. 245 tests move with them, reading the captured catalogue through a copy of internal/beside. judge.WithTemplatesFrom and ReadTreeManifest judge what mesh-sdk's readers now only fill. mesh-delivery's own tests decode.
