Design 47 milestone "checks under 5 minutes", one delivery group with mesh-sdk and mesh-catalog (branch feat/fastcheck). All in modules/mesh-delivery-checker.

  • 1897 S1 (ADR 0536 §4): ranked admission: a never-judged head's check starts before nodes-failure re-runs and trunk-move re-judges, oldest first; a check's end hands its place on, no timer; checker_status gains waiting_by_kind.
  • 1898 K3 (ADR 0535): a mesh-catalog merge touching modules/mesh-build-go/ asks digest and test with runner workspace; under a candidate the level runs whole and no kept verdict is read or written; an answer without judged_by (an old installed module) is judged as today with clause 2's words; the words reach the forge line and a try's said.

Try try-1792757824025420896 passed (unit 437, integration 482, 2m27s).

Ask the Go build module to run the candidate when a merge changes it, and say in the line which program judged (issue 1898 K3) 2bdb8d0e00 
A change to mesh-build-go was judged by the installed module it replaces, so such pull
requests were merged by hand. ADR 0535 §1, §2, §4, §5.
Start a never-judged head's check before the re-judges a trunk move asks, oldest first (issue 1897 S1)
