Fixes issue 1901 with mesh-catalog#fix/1901-rebased (one delivery group).

  • mesh-delivery-checker judge.go: failureWords keeps up to 4096 bytes with the Cause first (was one line of 120 characters); line.go firstFailed names the cause in the 140-character status; results.go reads the build module's Cause.
  • An older build module's failure (no cause field) is accepted and its whole output kept.

Tests: 1901/AC1, 1901/AC2, 1901/AC3 (internal/check/failure_words_test.go). Local integration run of all eight modules green on top of #28; try-1792790839699071194 passed (unit 123 run, integration 133 run, 0 failed).

Moves mesh-delivery-checker (novox).
