Fixes issue 1930 with mesh-sdk and mesh-catalog on fix/1930-digest-shape (one delivery group).

  • mesh-delivery-checker pins mesh-sdk 403a5d72; judge.go reads la.Digest.Map() and la.Digest.JudgedBy.

Tests: 1930/AC3 (internal/check/digestform_test.go: a second check of the same heads keeps every package the first passed, from the list form and the old map form). Local unit and integration levels green. The try before the pull request was refused by the pin rule (the try has no group view).

Moves mesh-delivery-checker (novox).
