Group feat/548-one-check with mesh-sdk and mesh-catalog, one Approve. ADR 0548 in mesh-delivery-checker: a trunk move never ends or restarts a running check; after it, the pass is carried once on the recheck stream (packages whose digest changed run, the composition is kept unless a candidate fingerprint changed) and named carried-from; a verdict names the siblings it read, the node-engine at the commit the mesh runs, and a sibling's move is carried the same way; a conflict fails naming the files; the checker claims no check on a repository a merge turn names (turns bucket opened lazily, said loudly when absent); the carried line reads 'pass <head> on | carried from …'. One integration test extended (TestACheckOrACarryOfEqualInputsRunsNothing), no new test function. Try try-1793013326466734520 passed.

mesh-delivery: the operator's Approve of this pull request's merge into main is ended: a head it covers moved on: the heads it covers are no longer the group's heads. Nothing is merged on it. The operator is asked again once the checks pass at the new head.
