jschoubben 93e5160a82 Merge main (#163 , the take-in waits end) into the registry milestone

#163's group-wait end, the retried start and its subtest are kept whole; its
names follow the registry's translation off mesh-sdk go/delivery (trunk,
takein, meshdeliveryclient), as the rest of pending.go already does.
