jschoubben ef13e63268 indexer: TestIndexerWhole runs the take-in step whole, a restart and a group (ADR 0633, issue 1585 I8a, I8b)

A revision changing the indexer writes only what the named build needs and is
taken in when that build starts; a gathered group stays across the restart and
its end makes one take-in.
