New capability virtualisation, detected by incus info: a running daemon, not an installed client, as every other detector. The lab module declares it, and the controller grants it the daemon's socket. go test ./... passes.

A machine reports whether its virtualisation daemon runs ecb3003ba4 
The lab module needs the virtualisation daemon (novox/hq ADR 0172); the
capability is detected by asking the daemon about itself, not by finding
a client on disk.
