Register R279 and R412: a folder could not follow its module's account; a seat named no paths (hq issues 279, 412)

Both proved with cmd/prove: each fails on the commit before its fix (mesh-controller #260, #267) and passes on it.
The replays' files are in mesh-controller fix/279-412-replays (3bdab29).
