mesh.test.ts caught up with the mesh: the anchor's filter is derived after the overlay is placed (ADR 0088); the registry and certificate fixtures declare the ports they listen on; the registry test waits for an image pulled at apply; the host and the hand-started builder are started once on a warm return, and the builder again where a build is asked for (it does not outlive the broker's first reconcile); the resolver modules are read from the catalogue and the names come from dnsmasq's fact; storefront gets a slug; the bed skips without the catalogue. Four tests retired for the beds that prove them, with notes saying exactly what those beds prove (the forge answering on its port is a gap whole-mesh-novox should close).
mesh-grant-end-to-end carries the retired cache-grant test's tenancy assertions: a write under the login's keys succeeds, one outside it and a FLUSHALL are refused — which found issue 080.
node_modules is untracked for good; the ignore rule covers a link.

Unit tests 160/160. Lab: mesh.test.ts 21 passed, 0 failed fresh, against mesh-controller 6a64aba and mesh-catalog 421f4d8; mesh-grant-end-to-end 1/1 with the rebuilt redis runtime. Reviewed by an independent agent; its findings folded in. Companion MRs on multiple-fixes: mesh-controller, mesh-catalog, hq.
