A second co-residence regression bed: mongodb, unifi, marrytts, postgres assigned to one node in one push — all install, provision, and serve their tools. SUITE_EXIT=0 once the convergence fix (mesh-control PR #7) is in.

This bed is what surfaced two real fixes: the ADR-0054 slug applying to a consumer identity, and the heartbeat race that flipped a slow-applying node to current:false. Also adds mongosh to build-module-runtime.sh for the mongodb runtime image. (The branch's WIP commit message predates the fix — it's green now.)

WIP: catalogue-apps install bed (mongodb, unifi, marrytts) 571a6cd6fd 
Adds the mongodb runtime CLI (mongosh) to build-module-runtime.sh, a
catalogue-apps scenario, and its install test. Proven so far: the ADR-0054 slug
applies and the mesh accepts the push (mongodb consumer identity mesh_anchor_mongo
fits). NOT green: the node applies but never reaches 'current' within 1200s — a
persistent reconcile divergence (applied-but-never-current, no crash), likely a
module declaring a resource its container mutates (issue-011 class). Needs live
VM inspection to name the module. Not merged.
