jschoubben 68aaf235d4 Take the judge out of mesh-sdk: it is mesh-delivery's now (ADR 0578 §4, §7)
Issue 1585, S19: the strict parser, every manifest problem function and the judge's tables (192 declarations,
about 5,200 lines) and their 244 tests leave; composition keeps its own refusals and the helpers it uses. The
catalogue's tests decode the manifests they build. ParseManifest, ParseManifestWith, ParseManifestForInputs,
CatalogueProblems and the rest are gone; mesh-delivery-indexer/judge holds them.

jschoubben 7a9c8570cb Stop declaring and reading the ASSIGNMENTS stream: a runtime reads its membership from the grants part's state, and the stream is deleted at the lease write and must not be made again (issue 774, research 072 row 33) 2026-10-31 09:21:04 +01:00
jschoubben bb993dd606 Keep the builder's history as its own log that readers declare and follow, the memberships as the grants part's state, and refuse a module's own stream, so every module's data is in the bus's predefined forms and readable by its tools (issue 1955, ADR 0571 clauses 1, 4, 5, 7) 2026-10-29 23:28:21 +01:00
mesh-tools 5e4fcc6db7 Copy mesh-controller's catalogue into mesh-sdk, part 1: the package and its testdata, from mesh-control 6c2a8d62 (issue 1354) 2026-10-20 06:05:52 +00:00
