jschoubben	bb01a656d0	Carry an unassigned port as the declaration publishes it, refusing only a port a module does not listen on (issue 774, research 072 row 34) ... influxdb and unifi publish bare ports that mesh-placement assigns none: the machine runs them at the software's own number, so a plan refusing them held their whole plan for a route that works.	2026-10-31 13:21:37 +01:00
jschoubben	b611022457	Carry the machine-assigned port in a plan's contribution, so a provider serving from plans dials where the module listens (issue 774, research 072 row 34) ... route-proxy served every route at the software's own port (gitea's 3000, published at 20000; grafana's 3000 on another machine, published at 20012) and public sites answered 502. The plan's contribution now carries the port the placement assigned, the number ${port:N} gives the module, and a composition for plans refuses a port none assigned by module, node and port.	2026-10-31 13:08:35 +01:00
jschoubben	085f17e935	Let a node composing itself hand a module exactly when the vault judged its plan handed, through one rule (catalogue.AssignmentHands), so the vault and the node never judge postgres's secrets two ways again (issue 774)	2026-10-31 09:29:33 +01:00
jschoubben	16b8d8a1ee	Compose as the controller does, so a node's shadow can answer same (issue 1126, C1 C2 C3 C5 C6, T1) ... Seals are reused and compared by slot (resource, field), never across resources; one rule says which resolved config values are laid; a seat path that steps back is owned by the seat it steps back for, whatever the seat order; a folded module of an old-form build is composed from what runs of it; the operator export's file is carried as it runs; a differing resource names its differing JSON paths, found before its bodies are cut, and an answer is fitted to the node's key.	2026-10-28 09:36:36 +01:00
jschoubben	04de3e5da2	Compose a node's own modules from their builds and read what providers elsewhere serve, so a self-composing node hands moved modules and settles served settings as the controller does (issue 1126) ... frombus composed every module from the indexer's raw manifest: no moved module was handed, so the node stood in for own secrets the vault leaves to the provisioner (the seed's refusals on all four nodes), and a provider elsewhere had no config values, so mailu's served domain refused shanks. - takein: the controller's take-in of a done key (artifacts, launchers, the templates archive's texts, Resolve) as one SDK rule; catalogue.Launchers holds the launcher rule buildstep now delegates to. - frombus: each module placed on the composing node, and each kept at another build (Scope.KeptAt, a fingerprint), composes from its built manifest; another node's modules give the keys their served values fill (Reader.Served). - buscompose: Declared.Served and Principal.ServedReads grant every node the read of exactly those keys of mesh-config_resolved. - compose.ArtifactStoreAddress: the store as the node's composition routes to it.	2026-10-27 21:11:20 +01:00
mesh-tools	3eadff23eb	Take the suffix of internal names from the Input and never the environment: Input.InternalSuffix and a local internal-name helper, so the package doc is true (review round 1, finding 5). The test failed first; the suite is 1257 tests in 1.04 s	2026-10-20 07:02:58 +00:00
mesh-tools	d3436abd82	Compose the place half of a rendering over an Input: ports never allocated, seats, networks, names, zones, accounts, the operator's export (issue 1363). Ported from mesh-control 6c2a8d62 plan.go renderingFor, network.go, holdings.go, local_network.go in their Reading and Foreseeing modes. A port the Input holds none for is composed as the manifest says and named foreseen.	2026-10-20 06:34:19 +00:00
