mesh-tools	d3436abd82	Compose the place half of a rendering over an Input: ports never allocated, seats, networks, names, zones, accounts, the operator's export (issue 1363). Ported from mesh-control 6c2a8d62 plan.go renderingFor, network.go, holdings.go, local_network.go in their Reading and Foreseeing modes.
