B0's first group check (2026-11-07 00:17) failed because the running indexer, built at this trunk, refused mesh-build-go (it invokes seat:mesh-delivery-checker.input) and mesh-delivery-checker (it serves input), and the check's composition took that refusal over the check's own manifest validator, which accepted both. The operator chose (2026-11-07) to deliver this one verb alone first: merging it rebuilds the indexer (ADR 0573 §3), so B0 is then checked as reviewed.
The change is B0's own hunk of go/catalogue/checker_seat.go, identical to mesh-sdk #170's at 1b073c23: an optional verb, served by no holder until B0, which nothing on main checks a holder for. #170 merges cleanly after it.
Tests: go vet ./..., go vet -tags integration ./..., go test ./... and gofmt pass in go/. No new test: the verb's description and input are covered by B0's rows; here only the list grows.
Quick or thorough: the thorough fix (the check honours its own validator on a change's manifests in every composition) is milestone G's, issue 1921 notes 54-56.

B0's first group check failed because the running indexer, built at this trunk,
refused mesh-build-go (invokes seat:mesh-delivery-checker.input) and
mesh-delivery-checker (serves input), and the check's composition took that
refusal. Publishing the verb first rebuilds the indexer (ADR 0573 §3); B0 then
checks as reviewed. The lines are B0's own, reviewed at 1b073c23.
