Feature 57's mesh-sdk work, as one commit (d3e18250, tree equal to the reviewed local head 11db0cb), into the release branch feat/57-config-and-provisioning (ADR 0358). Merging here delivers nothing; the release branch goes to main with the feature's bundled delivery plan.

Issues: 678 (provider helper over the bus; reconcile harness renamed the provider loop), 679 (provider reads consumers' credentials from its machine's file), 685 (Go bundle reads and watches config and bound values), 776 (consumer's contribution from the plan entry), 788 (consumer's at/from/as from the plan entry), 792 (plan entry names copied into consumer values), 804 (stdio state bus offered to providers).

Review: Opus, round 2 of at most 5, APPROVE at 11db0cb.

Replaces closed #27, which was opened against main by mistake.
