Release 2 of feature mail-sender (hq ADR 0436 clause 4). Fixes hq issues 1171, 1187, 1188, 1189, 1190, 1191 (1171 split into six), and the reconnect part of 1192.
1171: go/vendor holds nats.go v1.54.0 and nats-server v2.11.17 (the controller's pins; go line 1.26.0); go/internal/testbus gives each integration test a bus of its own; new package go/process reads the delivered account file broker- {url, fingerprint, node, module, user, password, claims} and connects pinned to the server's leaf certificate, with inbox prefix _INBOX., reconnecting without limit; it offers no Serve and no way to answer (a reflect test holds that). stdio's bundle path (live(), Serve) is unchanged.
1187: stdio EmitOptions.MessageID, sent as x-event-id (the tool runner's Nats-Msg-Id).
1188: the module's states by compare-and-set (lost race = stdio.ErrChanged; satisfies asker.Store); emit with a chosen message id; a refused bucket comes back at once as nats.ErrPermissionViolation naming it.
1189: the router's record of an own ask by direct get; deleted, purged or missing = absent.
1190: work-queue consumption with Ack, NakWithDelay, Term.
1191: calling a seat verb or module tool on the caller-named subject with the tool runner's fallback; release acceptance test: one connection under the controller's exact process grants emits, uses state, reads an own ask, consumes and acknowledges its queue, calls tell, and is refused subscribing a tool-call subject.
Try: build-1792378417820234772 passed (50 s): Go unit level 158 tests 1.04 s; the integration level's first run, 174 tests, 7 s.
Delivery: mesh-sdk, and its merge gate rebuilds the modules that package the SDK (about 42, as with #35); no behaviour of theirs changes.

2026-10-19 02:55 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/mesh-sdk#36's head announced
2026-10-19 02:58 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
2026-10-19 02:58 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
2026-10-19 06:21 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
2026-10-19 06:21 published → delivering (go): its walk started: let go by this owner in its group's order, by a person, or on the controller's own path — not a failed walk that carried a later commit for it, after which it waits for a walk of its own commit
2026-10-19 06:39 delivering → delivered (done): its walk is done, carrying its own commit: every machine of its deploy plan passed, or was left as its policy says
The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
