Issue 1223: R3c's indexer (mesh-delivery) reads the controller's build records (ADR 0437 §4 §5, version 19 §1), whose layout lived only in mesh-controller internal/chain/records.go:91. mesh-sdk go/delivery now carries BuildRecord (id, state, repository, ref, module, commit, at, source-fingerprint, source-inputs, with the controller's json keys), BuildsBucket, BuildKey and NewestKey, each citing the controller line it was copied from. An SDK change before its user (issue 1148's order): it ships before R3c's develop step. Its delivery is like mesh-sdk #37's: the plan rebuilds mesh-sdk and its dependents; no module's code changes, since no module vendors this yet.

Tests: 1223/AC1 decodes a record produced by the controller's own encoder (build-agent's build-1792395447088936520, go/delivery/testdata/build-record-build-agent.json; the reviewer re-encoded it with chain.Build and got the same bytes) and recomputes its source fingerprint; 1223/AC2 a record without source-inputs; 1223/AC3 the bucket and keys.

Tried before the review: build-1792410276338098758 (845c8b0e) and build-1792410410982976302 (732238cb), both pass.

Opened by the review: issue 1224 (a controller test that the SDK's bucket and keys do not drift from the controller's).

  • 2026-10-19 12:06 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
  • 2026-10-19 12:06 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
  • 2026-10-19 12:07 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
  • 2026-10-19 12:07 published → delivering (go): its walk started: let go by this owner in its group's order, by a person, or on the controller's own path — not a failed walk that carried a later commit for it, after which it waits for a walk of its own commit
  • 2026-10-19 12:26 delivering → delivered (done): its walk is done, carrying its own commit: every machine of its deploy plan passed, or was left as its policy says

The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
