Design 35 implemented with what shipped; issue 006 resolved on ADR 0025's own check, run live through the console (records_search returned design 35 from the checkout at main, 478 documents). Design 33 flips to implemented on this branch once mesh-controller #167 (the rebind fix) has rolled and mesh-controller.status answers through the console.
