Issues 122 and 134 resolved. ADR 0155 extends 0112 with the check it promised (run by module check and a catalogue-wide test; registration later), ${setting:<key>} as the operator provider's first form, a build context on the git seat, and names-on-purpose for the names a definition means. Design 27 goes in progress with its first cases; design 18 names the words.

Code: mesh-controller #169 (merge first), mesh-catalog #188 (after). Live steps are mine once merged.
