ADR 0258: name the mesh MCP server, not the retired console
mesh/merge-gate pass: the change touches no module of the mesh's graph
mesh/repo-check pass: its merge-check.sh passed
mesh/delivery delivered
mesh/delivery-group group fix/needs-you-from-the-console delivered: every member is delivered

the desk until phase 5. That is the honest state, and the words say where the decision lies.
- Failed services nobody manages still offer Silence for a week. Data that shrank or went offers none.
