mesh/check being carried to 304d17b5612c on d1e2059dab3f | from 331e5707922b
The review of hq #517 noted that the checker always passes the predefined key list (the change's when it alters it,
else the trunk's), while the text said only "when the change alters it" (issue 1585).

mesh/check being carried to 749249466f8c on 331e5707922b | from 6b8b6b08e39a
Built at mesh-delivery's trunk unless the change alters the validator; raw
manifests in the two cases change and trunk; every manifest whose verdict
differs is reported, an unchanged one included (ADR 0579 §2).
Issue 1585.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KG7AfSdh6FP8VrBqCn
The take-in group's first check failed after a full build on a manifest the
validator refused (an indexer's own stream outside the bus's forms); no local
run had validated the changed manifests. The developer now runs the manifest
validator as the checker does and reports each verdict; the reviewer asks for it.
Issue 1585.

The glossary gets the entry in the Delivery domain with the records that decide it, and retires the noun in
hq's prose on a Not line; the verb stays. Where "judge" named something else, the design now uses that
thing's word: the node-engine's look at health, an account or the network; the composition check built from
a change; the claude-code module's judgement tool. Five issue narratives keep the word of their day.

A small fix's lead placed a seat's type in mesh-sdk by its own handover (issue 1748), against design 26;
the developer built the handover and the reviewer checked against it, so it passed review and its check.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The line said the checker refuses an older commit of the same branch; that refusal was removed as a fault of the check
(issue 1585). Found pinning the registry milestone, where mesh-sdk and mesh-contracts import each other.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
Design 25 counts seven first-view tools, the indexer's graph granted to the
assigner alone (ADR 0631); the bus module's process wakes on its own decided
and acts on a warrant once (ADR 0259 §6, ADR 0620 §2) instead of a timer, and
the tools watch their request key; §12.7 carries the rows, and its first-view
row, split by an earlier edit, is one row again. Design 51's incoming store
asks the objects template's most, 8 GiB, with no lifetime; the holder drops an
idle transfer itself (ADR 0611 §3).
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
Design 25 § 12.3 now says how the bus module's process really receives a person's
request (its own state requests, the warrant verified by the process itself), the
process account with keeps it holds beside the snapshot account, and that
mesh-broker's events go on the shared stream like every seat's, with the 30-day
history its own stream. Design 26 gains where a seat's code goes: a package per seat,
the seat-set package in mesh-contracts, the seven client packages and the
seat-neutral parts transfer; design 20 and playbook 06 tell a module's author the
same, and the glossary gains client package and seat-set package. mesh-developer
stops at two thirds of its context, as the milestone's agents learned.

mesh/check being carried to cac55dc2543a on 273d608d9faa | from 6cd965b3cdf6
ADR 0624 supersedes ADR 0623, which could find the node-engine's own
builds only by the module's name. Every build now keeps each form a
counted node-engine states, the oldest in the single reference, and a
node is held only when it reads none of them.

Under ADR 0618 alone a node away with an old node-engine would be held
from the node-engine's own build in the new form and could never update
itself. ADR 0623 keeps every counted node-engine's form in those builds
and moves them to a node that reads any one of them.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The upgrade and security review asked that each window's caller be
granted the event through its invokes, that an away node be held by the
assigner rather than the old-form window, and that a node-engine not yet
serving manifest-reads keep a window open by name.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
ADR 0618 is accepted: the node-engine seat's manifest-reads verb and its
manifest-reads-changed event wake the old seat name's, the old-form and
the rename windows, and the builder writes a new form only once every
present node-engine states it. The next delivered stays only for the
rename window's case the record does not cover.

mesh/check being carried to 4f6b9f0ca5ff on 6cd965b3cdf6 | from e7ac664afff7
A retry on any settled ever heard would apply again on every failure; the
pull's start bounds it to one retry per settled, kept in memory. The seat and
holder beside a routed image are outside a container's digest, so naming
them replaces nothing, and the verdicts gap case is named.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The store's holder runs on one node, so a node-engine elsewhere must hear its
settled too, and a pull failed just after it settled must not wait. The
grants part's verdicts read is a first view under ADR 0622, not an ordinary
read tool, and the node-engine's reads granted in code are said, so the
live count of zero declared reads is not taken for more than it is.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The grants part is the one reader of the indexer's verdicts, and no first
view covered that bucket, so its move had no path. It now takes its first
view through indexer_read_verdicts and follows the manifest events.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
Neither condition-cleared nor delivered comes during the store holder's own
delivery, so the node-engine retries on the status view's settled for that
holder, heard through the grants part's list, and at its own start. The
status view keeps its tools and answers them through the owners' new read
tools, so no name moves between modules.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The status view can no longer answer its six tools named for the owners'
buckets once it stops reading them, so the owners' tools take the names. A
finding held during distribution's own delivery raises no condition and so
no clear, so the node-engine also tries a failed pull again on the status
view's delivered for distribution, and nothing waits for a hand compose.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
A pull that falls in distribution's swap is tried again on the condition
keeper's clear of the store's holder's condition, so the delivery needs no
hand compose and no timer. The owners' tools for the other readers' buckets
are named, the reads count has its tool, and the test paths match main.

mesh/check being carried to 457ac2eabdcd on e7ac664afff7 | from 276cbef0c476
ADR 0621 keeps the manifest form as it is, so the process-subject form, its mesh-sdk change, the
open point on who grants it and the push's wait on a judge release all go; the per-verb grants and
the record's four checks take their place.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The four seats defined whole list only what their seat subject carries as the seat's; the
holders' events stay under their own subjects, checked by a fixture from the running holder.
The vault seat drops the two verbs no holder serves.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The operator chose to move them now (2026-11-04), so a seat's new verb never lands at the seat
list's grain. Each is listed with what its holder's manifest on the trunk serves today; the
builder and the indexer hold no seat, so their events stay module events.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The assigner must start on a fresh mesh before the bus module can answer, so its new stream
stays on its old section; a new indexer can never judge its own manifest, so the running judge
must accept the form first. The glossary stops counting the mesh MCP server's tools.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
The windows close on the next delivered until ADR 0618 is accepted; distribution's first
delivery needs the node-engine to pull every image first, since its registry serves every pull;
the operator kept public reads, so ADR 0346 stands and the route refusal goes.
Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01JG73KJNrH5EgFXMKKYSrig
Also writes the operator's answer of 2026-11-04 on anonymous reads (mesh network only, the public route refusing
the forge's package paths), the expected count of three builds per module, and the revert's order by the graph.

Answers the second review's V1-V9 by architectural domain: the assigner's views in the new form, newer by revision
alone, what a reader does when a recreate takes revisions back, a hand re-say of manifest-accepted, and the judge
question under the open point on issue 1966.
