The operator, 2026-10-16: research should define the modules a feature lands in and the domain extensions and reductions that come with it.

  • Playbook 01 gains step 6, Place it in the domains: an effort writes 03-domains.md before its direction: the domains it belongs to (ADR 0244), the modules and seats it lands in (new, changed, retired), each word added, changed or retired per domain (none on a Not: line, homonyms named), and whether a domain grows or shrinks. The direction is step 7.
  • Playbook 02: the words of 03-domains.md go into the glossary in the graduation's change.

A playbook edit of a few lines (playbook 08 step 4): the operator's word on this pull request is its review. sh merge-check.sh passes.
