Amends design 47 (03-DESIGN/01-to-be/47-delivery-from-commit-to-delivered.md) for ADR 0453, accepted 2026-10-20 on the operator's Approve, and ADR 0452.

The milestone table's R4 row becomes seven rows, R4a to R4g: what each delivers, the acceptance tests it proves (16, 2 and 4 in part at R4e; 4 wholly at R4g; 21-24 at R4f), its repositories and its issues (R4a: 1353-1364, 1298, 1308; R4b: 1375, 1337; R4c: 971, 1297, 1309, 1287-1292, 1251; R4e: 1304, 1305, 979; R4f: 1299-1302, 1318; R4g: 1295, 1303, 979 closed with the toolchain images; 1296 undated).
A paragraph after the table: R4's prepare step cut release 4 by its orders; R4d free between R4a and R4e, nats in a delivery of its own; a record's 'release 4' reads the R4 release that builds the rule (ADR 0453 clause 15).
The text's 'release 4' rules dated: the builder made in R4c from build-agent's code, which builds it until R4g (clause 5); mesh/check written unrequired from R4c and required at R4f (clause 4); integration bounds fail from a repository's first check that meets them (clause 9); merge-check.sh goes in R4g (clause 8); the assigner made in R4c; an SDK change ships before its users until R4e (clause 2).
Frontmatter: updated 2026-10-20; decisions gain ADR 0452 and ADR 0453.
