The operator approved the instruction section report-cadence on 2026-10-28 (11:31Z): every five minutes the tree exactly as knowledge-base.progress answers it (detail minimal), unedited, with its read-at time, and at most three lines; about every thirty minutes the detailed tree and the full layout (Opened along the way, Past its bound, Needs you, Allowance, Worth it, Next); every report ends by scheduling the next; an answer between reports is short, with no tree. It replaces how-work-is-done's 'the five-minute report is the full layout'.

Playbook 07's 'Following and reporting' now says the same, naming the section; the hand-drawn example tree, the old short layout and 'every report is the full layout' are removed; its check line names the read-at time and the scheduling. Playbook 08 and playbooks.html need no change.
Checked: go test ./... at the root passes.
