What

ADR 0089 — A bed reads the catalogue it proves. The end-to-end design held "the run rebuilds what it tests" for binaries and images and not for manifests. A bed installs a catalogue module by reading the catalogue, rewriting only what the lab must; a bed that needs less than the module declares is a mesh test and carries a name of its own; the receipt names the catalogue's commit. How it is checked: a unit test in the lab refuses undeclared inline copies, the receipt test asserts the catalogue is claimed.
Design 01 (end-to-end testing) amended with the rule and its check; updated: today; names ADR 0089.
Issue 073 — diagnosis written; amended-design: filled. Status stays located until the mesh-lab MR (#41) merges, then fixed-by: follows as a chore, the way 031/035/054 did.
Issue 074 opened (located, mesh-lab) — twelve beds install a cut-down module under a catalogue module's name: a mesh test wearing the name. Each is declared with what it cuts in the lab's check.
Issue 075 opened — the runtime images the scenarios stock are built by hand and never rebuilt by the run; the six about to run dated from two weeks before the manifests they served.

Checks: records, index, cycle all pass. Code MR: mesh-lab #41 on the same branch name.

The end-to-end design held 'the run rebuilds what it tests' for binaries and images
and not for manifests. The beds' inline copies fell into three kinds; only the first
is a stale copy. The other two are named: a mesh test wearing a catalogue module's
name (074) and a stocked runtime image the run never rebuilds (075).
