Was pushed without a PR. Keeps 118: the other claimant to that number is on main as issue 119, which is where ADR 0112 points.

Two fixes while here:

  • Scrubbed the service's public name. The report opened with a real hostname; this repository is public, so it now says "the analytics service's public name".
  • Completed the frontmatter with the fixed-by: and amended-design: keys every other report carries.

The report itself is unchanged: the container restart-loops about once a minute, its log shows the connection established and the first raw query timing out, and both the routing layer and the grant machinery are ruled out. Filed rather than chased because it predates the session that found it and survived it unchanged.

Checks: cycle 283 documents, the chain holds; records 104, all passed; index current.
