Surfaced fixing the broker-opening leak (mesh-controller #74): scoping the foundation port to the broker's host made ace's declaration compose to zero resources, and push skips a node with nothing to send — so ace keeps the stale adoption.opening-tcp-5671-incoming it was never told to drop. Converge is unaffected (composes fresh); this is an incremental-push hole. Workaround on ace: sudo ufw delete allow 5671, permanent since the corrected controller never re-composes it.
