Extends ADR 0105. Operator: the predecessor's tunnel (wg0) is deprecated and should be removed.

0105 keeps the found interface's configuration on disk, held, forever — the right caution during the take (a failed take falls back to the found unit), but once the tunnel is proven the mesh's it leaves a live, unmaintained way back onto the network and a hold that never ends.

Decided: once the take is proven — state taken, and the mesh's interface has completed a handshake with a peer — the host removes the found configuration file from where its unit reads it (the original stays kept per ADR 0100), the hold ends, the found unit stays disabled. A take never proven keeps it and says so. Undeclaring the private network does not bring it back (ADR 0118: nothing started on the way out).

to-be 08 (connectivity) cites it. Host implementation to follow as a mesh-host PR stacked on #31. Checks: index current, records pass (cycle fails only on pre-existing issue 112).
