Two of 186's three faults were mechanism and are fixed (mesh-controller 194: the worker consumer had many deliveries in flight and the bus dropped asks after the fifth redelivery; 193: a merge rebuilds what stands on what moved). The third, a release across repositories as a recorded intent, stands as the decision the report asks for. Status located, owners named. Checks pass.
