The first merge handled by the finished machinery (controller 200, 18:56Z) produced the plan the record describes: the build machine first, then the controller and the proxy; the plan waited for the control node to apply the build machine before asking the second tier; done in three minutes, read through the console. Dated insight on the record. Checks pass.
