Three issues opened from the WP3 live step (to-be 38) on 2026-10-02, each a design-level gap the step walked into, with the evidence and the questions HQ must answer:

203 A fresh assignment is pushed before its credential exists, and the runtime crash-loops — assign seals a placeholder, the real credential comes from module issue, nothing refuses the push in between.
204 A controller handover re-sent every node a declaration composed from a stale view — undid node-tools on two machines two seconds after it was applied; the send is absent from the controller's own record. Same family as issue 201.
205 A package resource fails against a stale package database, and nothing keeps it fresh — a ten-week-old pacman database on the control node 404s every mirror; the host neither refreshes nor can safely.

Numbers 203–205: 202 is taken on an open branch. Checks pass.
