• 215: the formerly pinned module now follows its branch through ordinary plans.
• 221: a controller merge's plan sent the build agent to every build machine by itself.
• 222: the push did send the bus's machine; the runtime subscribed a moment before the bus reloaded, and never asked again. Fixed by mesh-tools#47, proven by test and against a reloading bus.

Checks records, cycle and index pass.
