• 213: the controller runs as a process on the control machine, handed over from its container with its seat answering throughout. The plan finished under the new process.
• 223: genesis pivots to the controller's container and hands over on the first push, per ADR 0200. This is proven by the installer's tests; a real install from nothing has not been run.

Checks records, cycle and index pass.
