#305 merged 0201-a-provider-declares-what-it-derives-for-each-consumer an hour before #348 merged module state as 0201, so main holds two 0201s and cycle.py fails on main. The branch that landed last renumbers: module state becomes ADR 0202. File renamed, every link and mention in research 024 and designs 25 and 32 updated, index regenerated. No content changed.

Checks: records, cycle, index pass. Matching renumber PRs in mesh-controller, mesh-tools, mesh-sdk (comments and error messages only; #227's own 0201 references left alone).
