Two lessons the operator gave on 2026-10-15, in playbook 07 (where the method lives) rather than in a session's own memory:
Three to five review rounds. Tell every reviewer "round N of at most 5"; from round 3 only findings that make the change wrong block, smaller points become follow-ups; at round 5 stop and bring the operator the findings with a recommendation. ADR 0374 went through nine rounds that day. The knowledge base's own reviewer is issue 784.
The allowance in every report, from anthropic-licence-manager.usage.
Independent review (local, Sonnet, round 1 of at most 5): APPROVE at 5b2eba9; merge-check.sh passes. This forge commit f349c940 has the same tree as 5b2eba9 (04cbeab9), on main 1699375.

A reviewer that does not know its round keeps finding the next smaller thing: one decision record went
through nine rounds on 2026-10-15, each spending the operator's shared weekly allowance. The operator
asked for three to five rounds, the round told to the reviewer, and the allowance in every report.

Delivery plan — builds nothing: the change touches no module of the mesh's graph
Transitions
2026-10-15 11:21 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/hq#359's head announced
2026-10-15 11:22 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
2026-10-15 11:22 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
2026-10-15 11:22 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
2026-10-15 11:22 published → delivered (done): nothing for a walk to move
The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
