Graduates research 062 into its design (playbook 02, step 3): design 55 is rewritten, not a new design beside it.

Section 9 designs the third slice: the design kind with its to-be and as-is sections, the glossary entry kind, the readers that change and fail when the knowledge base does not answer, links becoming record links with the old paths gone, all in one delivery (ADR 0423, tracked by issue 428).
A design's state is worked out by the knowledge base from the tracker's design links and the delivery-done announcement, never written (ADR 0424, accepted); it is an extension after design 47's last milestone and changes none of its milestones.
Section 10 carries research 062's nine acceptance tests.
Glossary, the record's words: design state and glossary entry added; design and knowledge base rewritten. Epic and milestone untouched (issue 1105, merged).
code gains hq: hq's checks and links are part of the slice.

ADR 0423 is approved by the knowledge base's review and waits for the operator's Approve; ADR 0424 is accepted. The build waits: one design is built at a time, design 47 is being built.

Checks run locally: merge-check.sh green (records, index, cycle 440 documents, words 184 head words each once).
