Follows #423, which merged at cd9336d before this commit was pushed (playbook 04 steps 5 and 6).

The operator confirmed on 2026-10-18 releases 1 to 6 of ADR 0429 as design 47's milestones, releases 1 and 2 as one, milestone 6 folded into release 4.
Release 1-2's issues: 1131 (key layouts, mesh-sdk), 1132 (have keys, the node-engine), 1136 (credentials for the parts, mesh-controller), 1134 (the view), 1135 (the watchman), 1137 (the nox-delivery alias, zsh), with their depends-on order; later releases' issues are opened when each is prepared.

Checks: sh merge-check.sh passes.
