The operator asked (2026-10-19) to keep the drawn overview of the playbooks in hq, so a docs site can be built from it later.

00-META/process/playbooks.html: one self-contained page (inline SVG, no outside resources): the development cycle across playbooks 01-09, playbook 07 in lanes per role (with the try before the review from hq #433), when tests run, the review loop, an issue's statuses and moves, where things live, and a card per playbook with its steps, bounds, what it produces and prevents and how it is checked. Drawn from hq main f269e83.
The markdown-only rule names it as the one exception (AGENTS.md, README.md, 00-META/README.md); a change to a playbook's steps updates it in the same pull request. Nothing checks that yet: issue 1222 asks for the check.
00-overview.md links it as a picture of the playbooks, never their authority.
Playbook 08's 'How it is checked' had one sentence left from before #433 ('a fix reviewed after its push'); it now reads 'after its pull request was opened'.

The page names no node, address, path or person. Review: 2 rounds (round 1: the freshness rule named no check). hq's merge-check.sh passed.
