The to-be design 59, the mail web client, from ADR 0440 (accepted on the operator's Approve, 2026-10-19), with its milestones as the operator confirmed them on 2026-10-19 (playbook 04): milestone 1 is issues 1255, 1261 and 1262-1268 in mesh-catalog; milestone 2 is issue 806. Also cites ADR 0439 (accepted 2026-10-19) in the as-is document of a module's state, its home.

Design only: nothing is built or delivered by this merge.
