Design 62, resting on ADR 0481 (accepted on the operator's Approve, 2026-10-21): okioki moves whole to the home server and a read-only page, okioki-web, runs beside it on the private network behind Keycloak, calling only the seat bookkeeping; nothing the accountant reviewed or submitted is ever changed (issue 1608). Milestone 1 issues: 1646 (the seat and its read verbs), 1647 (uploads over the bus), 1648 (the move), 1608 (the accountant guard). sh merge-check.sh passes.

A design document of prose only: the operator's Approve of its merge is its review (playbook 08 step 4).

The operator asked for a page showing the business's income, expenses and to-do as the
bookkeeping service holds them now, on their own hardware: okioki moves whole to the home
server and okioki-web runs beside it, behind Keycloak, never changing what the accountant did.
