Design 47's decisions list lacked ADR 0480, 0482, 0483, 0484, 0485, 0486, 0487, 0488, 0491 and 0493 (all accepted; 0489 and 0490 touch only 0491's wait list; 0492 is only proposed and left out). The prose now states what each changed: the milestone as the released unit (0493, 0482), the dark checker of R4c-5 (0484), a delivery building first (0483), the builder's capacity (0485), declarations by digest (0486, 0488), the Dockerfile build module (0487), the Approve in the wait list (0491). The milestone table is untouched.
