Lessons from issues 1843 and 1854 (only-office's working directories moved into a root-only box), written into their playbooks instead of a session's memory.
Playbook 06: a new section, Moving a module's directory: the old directory keeps its old id at its old path while it holds data (the node-engine leaves a directory found under a new id as found, issue 339, and keeps a non-empty undeclared one forever); its contents are deleted on the operator's word through node-files.delete, which only moves into the trash (issue 1870); the declaration leaves in a second small fix (issue 1854). Also: a service starting on empty working directories may need minutes before the live check.
Playbook 08: a bound for a try refused because four already wait or run.
Try: build-1792687891495662101, pass on 7fcca88c (trunk 58555ec3).
Reviewed by reviewer-468@g14 (larger model): approved, three wording notes, no changes. Playbook 08 step 4's exception for a short playbook edit does not hold against mesh-delivery, which waited for a review record; noted on issue 1784.

Lessons from closing only-office's old directories: a directory keeps its id until emptied on the
operator's word, then leaves the manifest in a second fix; and a fifth try is refused, not queued.
