Milestone R4d's row still named n8n and said its issues were opened when it was prepared. It was built and delivered 2026-10-21 to 2026-10-23: route-proxy, nats and automx run a pinned stock image with their Go program mounted (ADR 0480), the image kind is allowed again and built rootless (ADR 0487), one delivery group with nats upgraded once after a verified snapshot (ADR 0497); n8n left R4d by the operator's word (ADR 0506). The row and its paragraph now say so and name the issues (1632-1642 resolved and delivered, 1639 and 1755 wontfix); the decisions list gains ADR 0497 and 0506. The tracker links those issues to milestone 47/R4d. No other row changes.

Checks: go test ./... at the root passes.

Review: the lead read the diff whole (prose only, role names, no node names). Rule weighed: no separate review agent for a prose-only change of one row the survey verified live (rules-are-weighed).
