Design 47's placement passages and its L2 row follow ADR 0567: placement is state of the seat mesh-placement, changed by a proposal the nodes answer and the operator approves. The glossary's Placement domain names placement, mesh-placement, placement proposal, candidate and hand-back in place of the placement file.

Issue 1126, ADR 0567, delivery 2 of 2.
