ADR 0093 (extends 0089): a module's name is its tool namespace and broker scope, so a mesh test running the module's runtime reads the catalogue and installs what the module requires; a name of its own is for a fixture with no real runtime. Design 01 corrected accordingly.
074 — diagnosis: why the renames the report asked for cannot be done, which two beds converted (redis with the vault beside), and what each of the remaining ten needs.
075 — resolved: the suite rebuilds stale stocked runtimes; design 01's "the run rebuilds what it tests" now says it covers module runtimes and how that is checked.

Checks pass. Code MR: mesh-lab on the same branch name.
