064 resolved — the package half placed by today's genesis run (the one recipe installing a public package built through the mesh's builder), the image half by ADR 0097.
066 resolved — a file and the thing that reads it are guarded by a gate: run-once validator before a service that restarts on the file. The coupled-pair spike proves the service never serves a refused configuration. Design 20 says so, with the spike as its check; no new decision, ADR 0053 covers it.
020 resolved — the symptom was the bed's, twice over; the proxy's ACME client is right against Pebble and step-ca alike. Diagnosis written.
074 — six of the ten beds retired rather than converted; two remain declared.

Checks pass. Code MR: mesh-lab on the same branch name.
